Greetings from the “Lake Hayward Property Owners Association”
This letter is to inform you that the annual LHPOA meeting is scheduled for Saturday April, 16th 2016. The meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Hayward Middle School, located at 10408 Greenwood Lane in Hayward. Attached is a tentative agenda. Both the President and Vice-President terms are up for re-election. In addition, the Treasurer may need to resign before his term is up, so we will be looking for someone who could work with and take over that position when necessary. We also are looking for Chairpersons of several important projects, future potential drawdown/treatments, lake monitoring, and the annual picnic.

Membership dues are $35.00 paid on a calendar year basis. You may prepay your dues by mailing them to the above address, or they will be collected at the annual meeting.
